Welcome to our Model Railway Society

We’re a friendly bunch of people with a shared interest in Model Railways. It doesn’t matter if you’re new into the hobby, looking to add some skills or a fully fledged veteran, you’re welcome to come along and join in the mayhem fun.

We meet at Cranwell Village hall, just off the A15 near Sleaford:

Club Promotional Days

As well as our club exhibition and charity model makers days, we promote our club at various nearby community open days and fetes.

If you would like NG34MRS to attend your event and encourage your community members to take up a creative and mindful hobby, please contact us to discuss your needs.

We support the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance (LNAA)

Sleaford and the surrounding villages are incredibly rural when it comes to access to emergency care with our nearest A&E department being nearly 20 miles away. This is why as a club we feel that it’s important to support the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance in everything that they do. In November 2025 we ran our inaugural ‘Charity Model Makers’ exhibition showcasing not just model railways, but models across all genres. Our 2025 show raised £2502 for the LNAA, which was 100% of the profit that day.

We will be running our next show at the Great Hale Village Hall on Sunday 8th November 2026 10am-4pm.

If you wish to donate to this fantastic charity that has helped so many people from Sleaford, feel free to do so.
